dear Lorenzo I only purchased it 10 days ago Cheers |
Hi there, Could you please create a temporary WordPress admin login with a user role of Event admin so we can take a closer look at this issue? Please share that temporary login through the secure link below: To prevent delays in troubleshooting, be sure to double check your information on the form before submitting. The submit button for the form appears after you have answered “Yes” to the last question. Thank you. — |

Dear Lorenzo I’ve updated the user creditionals I emailed to you to Administrator. Most of our users are authors. I can’t see how to do what you suggest Cheers |

Hi Kate, I created a temporary Espresso Master Admin user on your site (since deleted). After logging in I was redirected to a membership section on the front end of your site, with no way to access the dashboard. If you require a user to have the role Espresso Master Admin, you will need to grant that role access to the dashboard. I’m guessing that this may be a conflict with the WP Hide Dashboard plugin. |

I’ve deleted WP Hide Dashboard and still not working… |
|
Hi, You didn’t need to delete it, deactivating would have sufficed. I wasn’t sure if it was that particular plugin, but it did look likely. Do you know how you modified your site to stop users accessing the dashboard? If not you may need to contact the developer who did this for you for further assistance. |

thanks for the great assistance. With your advice I’ve located the specific plugin and am now working on a solution! Cheers |
Hi, The login that you shared was being redirected back to the front end of the site. I wasn’t able to view the plugins being used on the site. Could you share solution once you’ve fixed the issue? — |
