Hi,

The thank you page is used by the plugin to dynamically display data once a registration has been completed.

The page should be publicly accessible (i.e. published, not draft/private/etc) but it should not be on your navigation menu as accessing it directly will only result in a blank page.

Hi,

OK, if you use a Custom Menu to display your website menu, please make sure that the following pages containing the following shortcodes are NOT on the menu:

[ESPRESSO_PAYMENTS]
[ESPRESSO_CANCELLED]
[ESPRESSO_TXN_PAGE]

Optionally you can also hide the page containing the [ESPRESSO_EVENTS] shortcode, if you are using an alternative way to display events (for example the [EVENT_LIST] shortcode).

More information about Custom Menus can be found here http://codex.wordpress.org/Appearance_Menus_Screen
