Hello,

We have installed Versión 3.1.36.P Event Espresso Pluginin a web in Spain, we just bought today 4.5 but we just noticed our plugin to pay with credit card is not compatible, so puffff.

One of the mal functions of your previous versions plugin, is that when a Registrant is in the pay page and cancel the pay, the register is not deleted from the database, and we have to delete it one by one, so if in an Event we have for example 100 registrants which cancel this we have to do it one by one and it means a important waste of time. My question is, there is any way to get the registrants that doesn’t finish properly the pay delete automatically from database, or that a registrant doesn’t record their data until he finish the pay process completely.

Thanks in advance, ir an urgent issue.

Another issue, as i said in the first message of this topic I’ve just bought a few hours ago the 4.5 plugin, and I have no option to configure a payment method by spanish credit cards, so there is any option to get our money back?.

Thanks

Hi,

The following payment options are available for Event Espresso 3:

2Checkout
Authorize.net AIM (on-site)
ANZ
ATOS
Authorize.net SIM (off-site)
Electronic Funds Transfer
Beanstream
Check/Money Orders
Eway
Eway Rapid
E-xact
First Data (Linkpoint)
First Data E4
iDEAL by Mollie
Invoice
Luottokunta
Megasoft
Merchant Warrior
Moneris
NAB Transact Direct Post
PayChoice
PayPal
PayPal Payments Pro
PayTrace
PsiGate
Purchase Order
Quick Books
QuickPay
RealAuth
Stripe
USAePAY Offsite
USAePAY Onsite
WePay
WorldPay

A registrant/attendee needs to be recorded before Event Espresso 3 can associate a payment with that registration.

There is an attendee limit option that will prevent overselling of events. If you set it to incomplete through the General Settings page of Event Espresso, then it will only count “paid” registrations:

The remaining registrations can be bulk deleted by selecting them through the attendee list screen and then moving them to the trash.

Event Espresso 4 also functions in a similar way. You can also bulk select registrants and move them to the trash:

Event Espresso –> Registrations

or

Event Espresso –> Events. Then hover over the name of the event and click on Registrations.
