Hi! In the last two weeks, I have had a number of registrations that show up as abandoned BUT payment was received via PayPal. Usually, if a patron pays, then their registration processes correctly. How can I connect abandoned registrations to actual payments? Do you know of a reason this might be happening? Thx!

Hi there,
I ran a quick test registration on your site (stopping at the payment options) and it looks like your using PayPal Standard.
We recommend switching to PayPal Express due to how unreliable the PayPal IPN’s can be from PayPal. PayPal Express uses the same PayPal account type (but different credentials) and uses a different integration method which doesn’t use IPN’s.
