Do you know if there is any other places to turn off abandon cart emails other than under messages? It seems that folks are still getting some emails once the abandon.
Ahh ok…that makes sense. I think it might be coming from our marketing software. I have asked to get the email to us so we can verify. I don’t see anything in Messages > Message activity.
Does the confirmation email only get triggered when they have paid?
The ‘Registration Approved’ message will be triggered automatically if they pay in full or they finalize a registration and either have no monies owing or your event settings have the Default Registration Status set to be Approved.
If someone abandons, it appears that they are getting a message.
Do you have a copy of the message?
Can you define what you mean by them abandoning? At which point during the registration?
The copy of the email will be essential because we are afraid it’s generated and sent by a third-party plugin (as Tony mentioned, it’s not included to our plugin yet).
