Hi,

my plugin page does not allow automatic updates for ee3. A valid Support License Key is needed to enable automatic upgrades.
When I do a reset request it’s asking me to purchase.
This happens on both sites http://www.sporttickets.be and evenemententickets.be

Something went wrong, can you reset the key ending on a40461 again?

Hi Stefan,

I can see you have the same domain assigned to multiple keys which is likely what is causing the problem.

If you check your account page the keys ending in 40461 and 18a6b were both assigned to the same domain.

I have reset both of those license keys.

Please remove the license key from Event Espresso (cut)

Save the settings. Replace the key (paste) check for whitespace before/after and resave the settings once again.

That will reassign the domain to the key.

ok sporttickets.be is working now, but when I put the key in evenemententickets.be I end up with a internal server error 500 ๐Ÿ™

Hi Stefan,

Can you check your PHP error log? It may be your server is running low on memory, so when you save the General Settings page it goes over the limit.

Only thing is, that on evenemententickets.be the automatic update is not working ๐Ÿ™
asking for a valid license….A valid Support License Key is needed to enable automatic upgrades. Your current account does not allow automatic upgrades on more than one domain

Hi Stefan, I’ve replaced the existing support license key. Could you try applying a new one?

If the site is running a very old version of Event Espresso, then try manually updating to get to a current version. Then one-click updates should be available:
