A Massive Thank You To All The Support Staff!

Well after a lot of deliberation and doubt I took the plunge and bought EE over Christmas, in a bid to get my wife’s conference bookings running smoothly. Up until then I had absolutely no knowledge of WordPress. It was Jonathon from pre-sales who encouraged me, and said I’d be glad I took the plunge! He also told me there was a great Support Forum here. Well he was right! I just want to say a massive thanks to Dean, Josh, Tony and Sidney who I have hammered with questions about tweeks, stuff ups and newbie questions. In return I have been given codes, tips, tricks and links for plugins to make stuff work! It’s been a trip and a half and I’ve felt like my head was going to explode at times! So, I now have everything working (almost) perfectly thanks to you all. You guys deserve medals, thanks so much.

As a team we try our hardest to support everyone as best we can, as quickly as we can. We are not always successful but we strive to improve everyday, and comments like this prove to us that we are succeeding!
