WordPress 3.8.1.
Event Espresso 3.1.36.6.P
Trying to access the Payment Settings in the dashboard returns a 500 error.
All other Settings work fine.
Thanks in advance

Hi Tim,
Can you try upping your memory allocation, see here for more info: http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP
If that does not help, please turn on WP_Debug to see if there are specific errors coming up and let us know: http://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress

Thanks Dean,
The memory allocation was already high enough and WP_Debug is not writing to the log file.

Hi Tim,
Could you try this debugging macro?
https://gist.github.com/lorenzocaum/848801a1173be464fbe7
Then try accessing the payment methods page. Then browse to this location using an SFTP or FTP client:
/wp-content/debug.log
Please let us know if you see any errors related to Event Espresso.

Hi Lorenzo,
I already tried that.
There was no dubug.log file to write to so I created one with suitable permissions and still nothing is being written.
Thanks,
Ian

Hi Ian, could you follow up with your web host to see if they can see any specific errors on their end?
A 500 error is an internal server error and can occur for a variety of reasons.
Thanks.
