I have read through as many forum post as I can and I still cannot get past the “An error has occurred: You need to select a ticket quantity before you can proceed.” error.
I have created an event that has 7 Datetimes and 7 tickets(one ticket assigned to each datetime).
If I limit the maximum number of tickets allowed per order to 1 and each ticket has a maximum quantity of 1, the tickets selector switches to a radio button. Perfect!
If I select the top tickets in the list and add to cart, it works great. The other 6 generate the error. If I allow 2 tickets per order, the ticket selector switches to a pulldown menu and all tickets work correctly, except now 2 tickets can be selected.
Any thoughts on how I can limit 1 ticket in this scenerio?

I’ve just reid to reproduce this on a couple of my test sites and I’m not getting the same error. The page linked above no longer has the max limit set to 1 so I can’t view it there currently.
Can you either set the above event to have a max limit of 1 again, or create a text event with a similar setup so I can test this, please?
I’m going to create a ticket for our developers to investigate this as the datetime filter should be available event with single tickets.
