I have a license for Event Espresso for http://www.stilthousegastrobar.com. I was working with it on my staging site and then moved staging to production, and then I got this error that says “Your support license key is only valid for one domain at a time, and our licensing system has detected that you are using your license key on multiple domains.” I think somehow it got messed up because of that staging site. How do I fix this?
That’s a simple fix, you can remove the key from staging if it’s still there, and we’ll reset your support key. You can remove the key by going to the staging site’s Event Espresso > General Settings page, clear the key field so it’s blank, and save.
