Hi there.

Is there a way to change the “Your Registrations” title to something more customized?

I’m also wondering if it would be possible to remove the Ticket or Venue columns from this view. If not, is there a way to change the “Ticket” column header title to something more customized?

Hi there,

Is this when using the [ESPRESSO_MY_EVENTS] shortcode?

If so, you can change the titles using parameters on the shortcode:

[ESPRESSO_MY_EVENTS your_events_title='My Custom Title' your_tickets_title='My Custom Tkt Title']

I’m also wondering if it would be possible to remove the Ticket or Venue columns from this view. If not, is there a way to change the “Ticket” column header title to something more customized?

Changing the output more can be done but you need to modify the templates used by the add-on to do it and place a copy of those within the root directory of your child theme.

I can advise you further on which files etc if that something you are comfortable working on?

How did you delete the events you are referring to in your private reply? When you delete and event within Event Espresso it should delete all of the related data for that event (which includes registrations).

Ok, so you’ll find the templates used by that add-on within /eea-wp-user-integration/templates/

The main table is output using loop-espresso_my_events-event_section.template.php

Within that, it calls content-espresso_my_events-event_section.template.php to output the content of each section.

You can copy both to the root directory of your child theme and alter the contest to suit there.

If they are still showing on the backend, they can’t have been deleted.

If you can send over temp login details using form:

https://eventespresso.com/send-login-details/

With details on where I need to look to see this, I’ll check it out 🙂

You’ve sent login details but I have no idea where I’m looking to see the events?

I can see you have 16 events in the trash but I don’t know where those are displaying on the my registrations section for you.

Can you add some details of where you see the events listed, please?

Which user account are you using if its on the my registrations section etc.

Ok, so the events displayed are those that are in the trash, you’ll need to permanently delete them from the site to remove the registrations.

As you are about to drop records from the database here, I recommend creating a database backup before moving forward.

Go to Event Espresso -> Events

At the top of the list table is a ‘Trash’ filter link.

Click that to view the events in the trash.

You’ll need to hover over each event and click the ‘Delete Permanately’ link. EE will search for all related data for that event and remove it (not it will remove ALL registrations related to the event you are deleting along with any data related to each of those registrations).

If you’re using it within do_shortcode() you must be opening a string within that function, right? So you just need to make sure you use the same for both and don’t mismatch your opening/closing quotes.

do_shortcode('[ESPRESSO_MY_EVENTS your_events_title="My Custom Title" your_tickets_title="My Custom Tkt Title"]');

Should work fine.
