EE ver. 4 (current plugins etc.)

Verified with SG that nothing on the site is cached
Attempted all available fixes I can find in the forums to date including disabling plugins, etc.
No love. Need to get registration open ASAP – have lost 2 weeks to this issue already.

Hi there,
If you edit the /registration-checkout/ page, which shortcodes are set on that page?
It looks like it has both [ESPRESSO_CHECKOUT] and [ESPRESSO_CANCELLED]
Which means EE will create the checkout instance then cancel it on the same page. You should only have [ESPRESSO_CHECKOUT] on that page.
