Our client who is using this license key is reporting that people are trying to register for an event and is getting the error message “An Error Has Occurred: Your form data could not be applied to any valid registrations.”
The only common thread is that if a registration has more than 8 guests, the problem may or may not occur.
Here’s our environment:
WordPress 4.6.4
EE version 4.9.17.p
PHP 5.3.29
The plugin, nor the WordPress core, have been altered in any way.
Screenshot of the error:
The client has expressed extreme frustration because it is interfering with their ability to conduct business.

To your wp-config.php file and retest another registration, if any errors are thrown they should save to /wp-content/debug.log
Also can I ask why you are using outdated versions? Is there something preventing you from updating WP and EE?
Wordpress is now on 4.7.3
EE’s latest release is 4.9.37.p
PHP 5.3.29 has been EOL for almost 3 years now so I highly recommend updating to at least 5.6 (you’ll want to do that on a test site first to confirm all of your plugins are compatible, although they should be) or have your host do it for you.
Did you look at your servers error logs as mentioned above or follow the steps with WP_DEBUG to catch any errors being thrown?
If not can you check the logs to see if any errors are shown from Event Espresso and open up a new thread with any details your find please?
