"You need to select at least one event" issue when registering tickets.

When I test my event, and then select tickets the following registration page says

“You need to select at least one event before you can proceed with the registration process.”

I have checked the forums, and paid someone to disable the cache on certain pages but the problem still exists.

Please help. I am no expert so any advice in simple terms would be amazing.

Hi there,

I did a quick test registration on your events and didn’t run into a problem.

Is this happening on a specific page?

Can you link me to where you see the error and the steps you are taking to get it to show please?
