Event Espresso – 3.1.36.4.P
Seems like a common problem that might need a reset? Valid license but unable to do automatic upgrades. My Account page shows that it’s linked to the right domain, but it doesn’t upgrade. This is the full error message:
There is a new version of Event Espresso available. View What’s New with version 3.1.36.5.P. You need a valid Site License Key to enable automatic upgrades. Your current membership level does not allow automatic upgrades on more than one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now.

Hi,
I reset the key, please remove the key from your site (cut) save the options, paste it back and re-save.
If this does not resolve the issue please let us know!

Thanks Dean. No luck though. Cut, saved, pasted and re-saved but still have the same error.

Hi Brad,
I’ve deactivated your old key and created a new support license key ending in 5b.
Please copy that new key from your Event Espresso account page and paste into your settings page for Event Espresso:

Getting the same message – “You need a valid Site License Key to enable automatic upgrades. Your current membership level does not allow automatic upgrades on more than one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now.”-
I have had the key reset but the error comes back. Is there something I am doing wrong? I do have other domains that I am pointing to the new site with EE, perhaps that is causing the issue??
