Hello guys I understand I have the advantage to do updates of the plugins because I have purchase the business license; but when I go to my wp dashboard it won’t let me do updates. IN fact I get this message on the top of the wp window

“You have the correct Site License Key for Event Espresso but your current membership access only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now.

 

I believe I only have one domain too.

Hi Roberto,

How are you today?

I’ve reset your license key. Please remove your license key from the General Settings page of Event Espresso and save the form blank without a license key. Then re-enter your license key again which should enable the new domain and/or one-click upgrades. Let me know if I can do anything else for you.

We are experiencing the same issue and error on our website http://www.oviinbyrd.com can you reset our license as well?

It doesn’t look like your key is assigned to a site. It may have already been reset, but it might be worth trying a new key. So I’m going to remove the key from your account and add a new key. Please be sure to copy and paste the new key (and only the key, no leading or trailing white space) in the field near the bottom of Event Espresso>General settings.
