Same issue on my site. sbcnorthwestmetro.com.au. This is the only domain I have EE on but error message states that it only allows one domain… Could you either reset key or let me know what to do?
I’ve just reset your Support License Key. In a few minutes, you’ll receive a confirmation to your email address on your Event Espresso account.
If you are using Event Espresso 3, please login to your WordPress admin and locate Event Espresso in the admin menu. Then click on General Settings. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and locate the area for Support License. Now copy the existing key. Then erase the existing key and click on Save Options. After the page refreshes, scroll back down to the Support License area and paste your key and click on Save Options.
If you are using Event Espresso 4, please login to your WordPress admin and locate Event Espresso in the admin menu. Then click on General Settings. Copy the existing key which appears at the top of the page. Then erase the existing key and click on Save on the right side of the screen. After the page refreshes, please paste your key and click on Save once more.
These steps will refresh your Support License Key for Event Espresso.
That did not work. The same error message is displayed across the top of the page. “You have the correct Site License Key for Event Espresso, but your current membership access only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain.”
