When trying to view event registrations, going either via the Events Page or the Registrations page the first page of registrations loads, however when you click to go to the second page you receive the error “You do not have access to this route.” I have tried disabling all plugins (including Event Espresso addons) and running Reset Event Espresso Capabilities, neither process resolved the issue. We replicated this with multiple wordpress logins with the administrative role and multiple events with the same result.
If I understand you correctly, this only happens when attempting to use the pagination option to view additional registrants on the registrations overview screen?
Are you able to increase the pagination setting through Screen options in the top right area of the page or does that also cause issues?
Also, are you seeing this behavior on any other screens that use the pagination option such as the events overview screen or the messages overview screen?
I think we’ve managed to trace the route cause of the problem back to our firewall translating the URL when you went to the second page of the list. I’ve managed to reconfigure this behaviour which resolved the issue.
Glad to hear you got this working. Would you mind sharing some details about the hosting environment that you are using?
That would be helpful to a member that may experience this issue in the future.
Thank you
