The WYSIWYG editor is not working or is missing some things. I only have the option of bold or italic text. No color. No add an image. nothing… Is this something that has to be “turned on” or something?

Hi there,
No, this is not something that needs to be turned on, it usually means there is a theme/plugin conflict on your site (something is loading on the EE event editor that should not be loading).
If you open up Chrome Dev tools (or similar) on the editor and look in the ‘Console’ scetion, are there are error there?
If yes, post them here.
