Wrong time selector and posting (2)

I have the wrong time showing in my event full view.. WP setting to NY however, it posts several hours earlier..

Event listing is fine… register (full event view) is incorrect.

Please advise.

The correct time is 5pm-8pm.. doesnt seem to like times from the same day…
