I have an event coming up but on the website when you expand the ticket details it show the the on sale and end sale dates are the same????? There is also no promo Banner appearing on the ticket.
HELP>>>>I have had so may issues trying to get the bookings working properly I am starting to wonder why I have paid nearly $400 for this product.

Hi there,

Have you modified any of the EE templates? For example are you loading any custom templates from within your theme?
Or do you have any custom functions hooking into EE to change the output?
There is also no promo Banner appearing on the ticket.
Have you set the ‘Banner Text/Description’ within the promotion itself? – http://take.ms/AfSeK
The banner will not be displayed if there is nothing set within that section of the promotion.
