When I change an attendees ticket to another event or ticket and the price is the same, and the ‘trigger notifications’ are set to yes, it should send the ‘approved’ message as there is no amount owing and the transaction was approved on the previous event. However, I recently noticed that it is sending the payment pending message instead. Then I have to go in and manually change the registration to approved and resend.
Then when you move the registration, it will show the new registration page with the option to change the status, set the status to ‘Approved’, set ‘Send related messages’ to yes – https://monosnap.com/file/lIayby1XW8SEpG7QT9nhAiHGmoE5Ak
Update the registration and it will be Approved and the registration emails will be sent.

Just a quick update, for some reason I mentioned this was the from ‘waitlist add-on’ which is incorrect and has nothing to do with it, it’s the Attendee Mover (I’ve updated my reply above).
Just a note, if it helps, it doesn’t seem to do it consistently. I moved a few people today and they were automatically set as ‘approved’, as it should be.
