I am using latest versions of WP and EE 4 on saintandrewchicago.com. In the plugin settings the _FREE support key is displayed. In my EE account my paid support key says it is active on the proper domain, however, when I try to replace the _FREE version with the paid (and active version) I get an error: “You have the correct Support License Key for Event Espresso but your account only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log in to your Event Espresso account to manage your Support License Keys or purchase a support license right now.”
As a result I am not able to perform automatic updates. The install is a WP network, but there is only a single domain in the network. I experimented with both EE 3 and EE 4 versions before settling on the full, paid version of EE 4.
I have reset both of your license keys, you should recieve instructions via email explaining how to reassign your key.
Please use the key that does not end with _FREE.
