September 15, 2014 at 11:01 am Hello! Can you please see my page and tell me why the calendar is showing this way? |
September 15, 2014 at 12:08 pm Hi Lambros, I checked and one issue I’m seeing that might be the cause is the calendar Q-tip plugin isn’t loading. Is this a page with the [ESPRESSO_CALENDAR] shortcode on it or is this a custom page template that calls the calendar shortcode? |

September 15, 2014 at 12:25 pm Hi there, Can you check your theme and other plugins to see if something is de-queueing the jQuery q-tip plugin? You can rule out a theme conflict by temporarily switching to the default WordPress theme. The theme test drive plugin makes it quick and simple to test this without deactivating your theme. You can rule out a plugin conflict by temporarily deactivating any other installed WordPress plugins. |

I did it with test drive and it works at the default twenyfourteen theme. |
Hi, Did you test with all other plugins deactivated barring Event Espresso and the Event Espresso Calendar? As Josh points out, one of the core calendar files is not being loaded at all and it is possible this is due to another plugin de-registering it (telling it not to load). If the theme test drive did not change the situation, then it looks more to be a plugin issue. Deactivating them and testing will give us a clearer indication. |

I installed EE4 and it works fine now. But I have other problems. 1) The link for the event on the calendar goes to a “not found” page. You need to select at least one event before you can proceed with the registration process.” |
Forgot to mention that I tried saving again the “Critical Pages” settings as well as the permalinks, but that did not fix the problem. |
Hi Lambros, I just ran a registration on event-3 without an issue. Are you still experiencing issues? Refreshing your permalinks should have fixed the issues mentioned above. |
Yes I deactivated another event manager plugin that I had, I deactivated and reactivated Events Espresso and it works fine now. ๐ |
Can you see here, by the way, why the calendar events don’t have tooltips on the dates with their title? The calendar is right below the slider on the left. |
never mind got it! |
September 30, 2014 at 11:13 am Great ๐ Was this a conflict with another plugin? |
