Wrong assignment of a registration and ticket to another person

One person who currently registered for our event has now 8 registrations in total. We made a phone call to her. She said she registered herself only once.
Other persons who registered and already paid, received notifications with tickets registered not for their but for her name. Please support! We have the first event already next Monday-Tuesday. Thanks

Hi Alex,

May I ask are the registrations in question being added by the admin? This sounds like a session issue, but there’s very little information to go on with what’s been shared here.
