Wrong address on transaction receipt

The company address is entered in the Your Organization tab correctly, however, the confirmation receipt after payment that is sent to the client shows a different address from a different country even. Anyone experience this? Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Kevin,

Can you go to Event Espresso -> Payment Methods -> Invoice.

If it is not activated then please activate it.

Look within the Invoice settings and you’ll find Payee fields – http://take.ms/obTMv

Can you see if the incorrect address is saved there?

If so you can clear those fields, save the settings, de-activate the invoice payment method if you prefer and then retest.

EE should now use your Organisation settings for the address.
