If I want to offer registration in multiple languages would I need a multi-site install of EE, or is there another option?

Hi there,
As EE currently supports a single language per site, yes, if you wanted multiple languages you would need separate sites, one for each language.
You don’t necessarily need to use multi-site to do so, but it is an option if you prefer it.

Multi-site has one plugin install and once site to ‘update’ (the main site holds the files and you can set the key on that site), so no, you only need a license for the main site.
