I have installed the plugin as my client wants users to register before adding events to their cart. It is for a lacrosse tournament and often times people register more than one team. I have the WP User Integration and the Multi-Event Plugin installed and set up My Events and Edit My Profile pages. Also I only want registered users to be able to login and see only those pages and not the full admin. How do I accomplish this? What is the processto get users to register and then be routed to the registration pages. Currently I have two registration pages by categories Is there a shortcode to put in place for them to register? I’m confused of the process at this point. Thank you! Melissa |

I figured out how to get them to register but once they do they are just in the admin and once they create their profile they are no longer on my site and I want them to then register for an event. |

Also one thought, is there a way when someone registers for a team to use the persons email address as username and they create a password to utilize the WP User Integration rather than have them register first? I really don’t like the registration process of registering and then being left in the admin. I want the registration process all on one screen. |
Hello, The WP User (Members) addon does not have its own registration page. Your attendees/registrants would first need to register through WordPress to receive an account: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/members-integration-addon/#getting_started — |

I’ve got that now but how do I control what is on registered users dashboard. I have now activities and Event Espresso News. Can I customized their dashboard to supply them a link to my registration pages. It simply doesn’t function well having a user register and being stuck in the admin and not to the site to continue with registration. |
Hi Melissa, Arriving at the WordPress dashboard after logging in is the default behavior. There are some plugins available that allow you to change this behavior. The following plugin comes to mind: https://wordpress.org/plugins/peters-login-redirect/ You could setup a rule that redirects only subscribers to a certain WordPress page on your site. Does that help? — |
