I have the WP User Integration Plugin installed which appears to be working for the most part but when a user goes to register for an event, the Name and Email Address fields are not pre-populating? Link: http://www.staging1.dallasreigroup.com/events-calendar/ If you need login details, please let me know where I can send those. Using: Thanks |

Hi Maceo, It looks like your WP theme’s functions.php file is throwing a fatal error at the moment, so we cannot review your site. Can you check to see if the user in question has that information in their contact record, and that they’re logged in when they register for the event? |
Oh I apologize, it was a blip, it should work fine now. |
Yes the user has a name and email address and they are logged in. I also notice that when I manually type in the information only the name will change in the WP Profile. Do you think that since I force email address to be the login id that it could be causing the issue? |
No, I don’t think that. You could rule out a theme and or plugin conflict by temporarily deactivating all other plugins and temporarily switching to the default WP theme. |
Confirmed not a theme or plugin conflict unless the conflict is with Event Espresso. http://www.staging3.dallasreigroup.com/events-calendar/ Only Event Espresso Add-Ons are enabled using the Twenty Thirteen Theme. Add-ons: |

We’ll go with that for now and let’s say it’s a conflict with Event Espresso. I’ll send a note over to those guys and let them know then need to get their act together on this. If it turns out to be something else, I’ll let you know. |
Lol not saying it is conflicting just saying those are all that are active now. Do you need login details to take a look? |
No, I’ll take your word for it. |
