I have set the WP User Capability required for purchasing this ticket: to s2member_level2 as I’m using S2Members. When I visit the web site in another browser and I’m not logged in I can still register for the event and there’s no notice about the ticket not being available.
Event Espresso – Version 4.8.35.p
Event Espresso – WP Users (EE4.6+) – Version 2.0.10.p
Can you check to see if any customizations have been made to the ticket selector template? WP Users Integration makes use of the FHEE__ticket_selector_chart_template__do_ticket_inside_row
filter hook to integrate with the ticket selector to restrict ticket selections based on the user capability.
Great I got that fixed so I’m now seeing “is available to members only. On Sale” but the radio button isn’t there to select this ticket type. I’m logged in as an Administrator. My tickets capability requirement is set to s2member_level2 so I’d think logged in as Admin is enough to allow that ticket to be purchased.
Did you input access_s2member_level2 into the ticket capability field or s2member_level2? It should be access_s2member_level2.
