Hello, |
Hi Chris, If Event Espresso is uninstalled it should not be running at all. Can you link me to the site you are referring to please? |
|
|
Yes, http://www.hoosierhillsbaptistcamp.org |
I can’t find Event Espresso loading on that site. Can you go to Dashboard -> Plugins. Do you see Event Espresso listed there? |

Hey again, |

Here is a direct link of the picture http://postimg.org/image/4tkbtmw6x/ |
Hi Chris, Event Espresso 4 does require more resources than a simple WP plugin as it adds an ecommerce functionality to your site. Admin-ajax.php is used once you start registration checkout. This happens shortly after you select a ticket and click on the register button. — |

How do I remove everything EE has installed? I uninstalled EE a while ago? |
Hi, Install and activate Event Espresso. Then go to Maintenance and then go to Reset. That will clear the database tables. From there you can delete the plugin from your WordPress site. Then try running your p3 profiler plugin again. — |

I did the whole process twice. Same result. Is there a place in ftp I can delete the admin-ajax? It takes 3 seconds to load this. |
|
Hi, The admin-ajax.php file is a core WordPress file (EE uses it but it is not an EE file). We do not recommend deleting it, as it can have a negative effect for other plugins and themes – for example something called tfuse (perhaps Fuse Events?) is currently using that file on your site right now. |
