Do you have access to the servers error logs? If so can you check there an see if any errors are being thrown relating to Event Espresso.
It looks like something is interfering with the request and either removing or altering the Reg ID.
Post Link: Payment received email does not the same when it is received as when created

Hi Janeane,

It looks like you are logged into a different account currently.

Your current account does not have a an active support license so it will not allow you to post within the premium forums.

Your other account has the support license.

To post on the premium support forums you’ll need to log into that account 🙂
