We’re trying to turn around an event registration project quickly and without a lot of development time or resources. The project is more or less a proof-of-concept for the client and if all goes well it will grow into something much larger. Hoping that for now EE will work out of the box for us, except of course for some front-end theming. The project is for a network of car dealers who would like to have people register for free demo days at various locations around the United States. Here’s an outline of our needs: Fingers crossed that some flavor of EE and its add-ons will do the trick! Thanks, |
Hi Robert, Thank you for contacting us! We appreciate your interest in Event Espresso. – Visitors should be able to enter their ZIP code and find nearby upcoming events – A super-administrator will set up individual dealerships/venues – Each dealership needs to have their own set of admin users that can create / edit / manage ONLY their events – Events need to be capacity-limited – Visitors should not have to create an account in order to sign up for an event – Confirmation e-mail should be sent to registrants upon signup – Reminder e-mails should be sent to registrants starting a few days before the event – Registrant information should be accessible to admin users for a particular dealer and exportable to CSV or similar format. – After the event, dealer admins need to be able to upload photos of the event. ?I am happy to answer anymore questions you might have. |
