During testing, I registered for an event using the name RH Jones. This happened on 11/5 and shows up in the EE Registrations page as ID #2. I am trying to completely delete this transaction but the trash can icon won’t click. It shows a Method = PayPal Express and Gateway Response = 10002, Security Error. I want to delete this entire transaction, but cannot. The website is ConneXions.world and you already have login information. Thanks and Happy Holidays. |
Hi there,
For security we do not save login information, it is used for the current issue and then deleted. To delete a transaction you need to remove any payments within the transaction, so is it the trash icon shown in this section that is not appearing? – http://take.ms/mJvcF |

I need you to take a look at this transaction because I cannot delete the payment. *redacted* The transaction is associated with the first event, Jan 20, 2017, RH Jones. The transaction date is 2016-11-05, Method: PayPal Express, Gateway Response: 10002, Security Error, Amount: 300, Payments Total (USD) $0.00. The Pencil and Trashcan icons appears, but clicking on each does nothing. Again, thanks for your support. Bob

Bob, You can fill out the secure form on this page and include up-to-date credentials. The credentials you posted here are not valid (which turns out to be a good thing because anyone else viewing this page could have gained unauthorized access to your site). |

Hi Bob, We’re not able to log in with what you sent as it appears the password you sent is invalid. Here’s what we recommend doing before we investigate further. You try deactivating all other plugins, then try deleting that payment. This will rule out a plugin conflict. If you can delete that payment with the other plugins deactivated, that’s a good indication that another plugin is affecting the scripts on that transactions page. |

Hi Bob, I was able to log in with the new credentials, and I can see there’s a Fatal error being thrown on that transaction admin page. Can you send FTP credentials via the secure form so we can capture that Fatal error and investigate further? |

OK thanks, it’s fixed and moved to the trash bin now. |
