Why my ticket form is not showing like the demo?

I have installed Event Espresso and everything is fine but the ticket form on my event pages is not like this one in demo site (the boxed one).

Hi Aamna,

Which version of Event Espresso do you have installed?

You account currently does not have an active support license, did you purchase Event Espresso using another account?
