Still my reports are hit and miss when exporting to excel. None of the information I need is exported only fields that aren’t being used. I have a fresh install with exported data from previous version just to get proper reports and nothing is different.
The same reports do not have the info, while others do?! Why is this happening? what can I do to fix this?
This is being used to register students for drivers education and I’m having to access each attendee to get the date of birth and previous school. None of the personal data (other than name and email addy) is showing on the reports, just pricing and other columns that I dont use or need. HELP PLEASE?!
I’m using the latest version of WordPress with latest version of EE and no plugins with the default WordPress theme.

Hi,
So what you are saying is some of the custom questions are being exported but not all of them?
If so, is it possible to get access to your site to investigate this a bit further.
If so, please send them via https://eventespresso.com/send-login-details/
NOTE: login details need to be Admin level.

Hi,
I logged in and took a look. There is a database error coming up which seemingly is due to the imported data, as new attendees dont show that error.
On exporting the spreadsheet, the additional question data is there, for both previous and new attendees.
There is a duplicate email field which I will raise a ticket for, but other than that it all seems in order.
Can you clarify which data is not showing for you?

Feel free to filter the events to June 2013 and export attendees for any closed class. You will see that all personal info is missing except name and email address. This is hit or miss with different schools. Each month there are at 5 or more reports that do not export the birth dates, In March there were 13 school reports that would not show this information, it had to be retrieve one by one for each student.

Hi Steve,
Thank you for that, that clarified and yes I now see the issue clearly. It seems that exporting all attendees works as expected with the custom question/answers showing, but when filtering the events or selecting a single events attendees it is skipping those questions for some reason.
I have raised a developer ticket to look into this issue.
