Why don't all attendees receive email confirmation?

I have a setup where a Booking Manager will often be the person making the event booking, but not attending the course. I also have a billing department email that needs to receive copies of emails. Then I have the normal attendees.

Right now, for each event, I’m using the default question group for each attendee. I have an additional question group for just the primary registrant, which asks for the Booking Manager name and email address, as well as the billing department email.

When I test the system and try to book 3 people onto a course, it looks like this:

Attendee 1: Name, Email
Booking Manager: Name, Email
Billing: Email

Attendee 2: Name, Email

Attendee 3: Name, Email

The only emails I’m getting back are for Attendee 1, the Booking Manager and Billing. Attendee 2 and 3 don’t receive the payment pending email.

In the message template for the “Email Registration Pending Payment Template (Primary Registrant Recipient)”, my To: field looks like this:
Email Registration Pending Payment Template (Primary Registrant Recipient)
And my CC: field looks like this:
[PRIMARY_REGISTRANT_ANSWER_*Email Address]

I need *all attendees* to receive the pending payment email, as well as the registration approved emails.

Quick update, recipients receive registration details when their registrations are set to “Approve and Notify Registrations” from the Registrations screen.

I still would like them to receive the pending payment emails.

Hi there,

EE does not currently support sending the pending payment email to all attendees.

The primary attendee is the attendee EE expects to handle payments for the group, as such it only send the pending payment email to that attendee (or using details from that attendee as you are with the above).

In the message template for the “Email Registration Pending Payment Template (Primary Registrant Recipient)”, my To: field looks like this:

That’s the ‘context’ from the top of the page, I’m guessing you are also using [PRIMARY_REGISTRANT_ANSWER_*Email Address] in that field?

And my CC: field looks like this:
[PRIMARY_REGISTRANT_ANSWER_*Email Address]

Does the email question in both the ‘Booking manager’ and ‘Billing’ group have the ‘Question Text’ set to ‘Email Address’?

Quick update, recipients receive registration details when their registrations are set to “Approve and Notify Registrations” from the Registrations screen.

The Registration Approved message type has a ‘Registrant’ content in which it loops over each registrant in the grop and sends the email to them. The Pending Payment message type only has the ‘Primary Registrant’ so it can’t loop over all registrants – http://take.ms/D0jlo
