Good morning,
I need to have a better understanding about what is included with my license and what is not. Typically we would just reach out to Chris Harrington, Harrington Interactive who was our Web Master but he died unexpectedly last weekend. We have two employees who are categorized as Event Administrators. They cannot see the Promotions option in Event Espresso – I don’t know if this is something you can help me with or if it is a feature of the other software Event Espresso is located within. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there,
My apologies for the delayed reply and I’m sorry to here the above.
In terms of your support license, we provide support for EE itself meaning we can work through troubleshooting any issues you have with Event Espresso itself (and any of it’s add-ons) but we don’t provide support for 3rd party code and/or any plugins we didn’t create ourselves.
The promotions option would usually be from our Promotions add-on (so would be part of Event Espresso) but the capabilities on a user’s account control what they have access to and those can be customizer per user.
Generally we require a support token to login and work directly on a site, however, on this occasion I’ll happily take a quick look over the setup to get an idea of whats going on if you’d like?
If so just send temp login details for a full administrator account (create a new temp admin account is best as you can then simply remove it once I’m finished) using this form:
