Hi Toby, So you are aware, the link you posted to your WordPress admin is only accessible to those who have an admin level username and password. We don’t have that. You can find out the error that’s causing the white screen by turning on WP_DEBUG. There are instructions on how to turn on debug here: http://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress If you can turn on debugging then let us know what the error is we can point you in the right direction to fix this. |

Hello there- I already have WP_DEBUG set to true but it isn’t giving any message, I’m just getting a white screen… I can access (as normal); various EE settings pages, venues, prices, registration form, transactions, registrations I can’t access (white screen): events, events (add new) messages (under Management), . Thanks, |

Hi, One thing to try is to up your memory limit – http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP Also, have you checked your website error logs to see if there is any information there? |
