September 15, 2015 at 11:45 am We have several conferences going on at the same time and there are multiple ticketing options that are necessary. Previously, we used eventzilla and here is an example of one event – http://www.eventzilla.net/web/event?eventid=2139069334. There are multiple events and then the purchaser can select the number of tickets and register other people from his/her office. Can Event Espresso do this? If so, what version should be purchased and what add-ons are needed? Also, if we have an SSL and can keep the transaction on our server, is there an Authorize.net Add On that would allow that? I see the Authorize.net SIM is a hosted solution. Thanks!! Laura |
September 15, 2015 at 12:23 pm Hi Laura, How are you today? Sure, Event Espresso does let people purchase multiple tickets, and multiple quantities at the same time. Take a look at: http://demoee.org/demo/events/wordpress-workshop-training-course/ as a lengthy example. That is all available with just the basic/core version. In addition, you could configure things as separate events and use the Multiple Event Registration add-on to let people register for multiple events at the same time (not just multiple different types of tickets): https://eventespresso.com/product/eea-multi-event-registration/ If you do have an SSL certificate and a Authorize.net account, then yes, you can keep payments on your website 🙂 with Authorize.net AIM (which is included in the core version too). Does that help? |

September 15, 2015 at 12:40 pm Thanks for the information! That’s great about Authorize.net AIM! Could you please give me a price breakdown for Event Espresso and then all the Add-Ons you recommend, so that there aren’t any surprises. : ) Thanks, again. |

Hi, Based on Garths post, you have a few options depending on how you want to proceed: Multiple ticketing via same event EE4 Personal Licence ($69.95) https://eventespresso.com/pricing/?ee_ver=ee4 Multiple ticketing via multiple events Either EE4 Everything Licence (has all addons included) $279.95 https://eventespresso.com/pricing/?ee_ver=ee4 OR EE4 Personal Licence ($69.95) and EE4 Multiple Event Registration ($99.95) https://eventespresso.com/pricing/?ee_ver=ee4 I would recommend testing EE4 over at http://demoee.org. This will help you figure out if the multiple ticketing via same event will work for you or whether you need to use separate events. |

September 16, 2015 at 11:28 am Thanks! I set up a demo, but it’s a little hard to decide what parts wouldn’t be needed since all the add-ons are available. Makes me want all of them, which also makes sense so we can have the calendar functions, too. : ) Are these prices annual fees? Thanks very much! |
September 16, 2015 at 12:33 pm Hi there Laura, The non-profit discount (https://eventespresso.com/contact/non-profit-discounts/) is an initial $25 off your purchase. Then it is converted automatically upon renewal to a loyalty discount: Personal support – 25% loyalty discount One other thing to consider is that we do credit you for existing purchases. For example, if you started with the personal support license and then wanted to upgrade to the Event Espresso 4 everything support license shortly after, then we would credit you for that recent purchase. — |

September 16, 2015 at 12:41 pm Great! That is very helpful. |
September 16, 2015 at 12:49 pm Hi Laura, you would need to renew each year to continue receiving support services such as software downloads and help from our support team when you need it. If you do not renew, then you can continue to use the software as-is. The loyalty discount applies to renewals (each year). The core plugin includes Authorizenet AIM which is for accepting payments onsite. Authorizenet SIM is available as an add-on. — |
