Hello!
I will be running an event in early September with approx. 10,000 visitors over the 3 days.
All visitors will be scanned at the entrance with tablets.
My question now?
Which tablet would you recommend? Ipad mini or Nexus 7?
I have tested with both, and they work great. But, when it gets many registered visitors, and many that are scanned, so it may be a different matter.
I will buy 4 pieces, so it’s pretty good to buy right.
Is there anything else that you think I should consider?

Hi Hans-Erik,
Since we have apps for both Android and iOS this may be a matter of preference. One thing you might want to test between the two is range of data connectivity over the network. One device might work better than the other in the locations where you’ll be scanning if it has a better connection to your network.

Thanks for your reply.
OK, I understand. No difference if I choose iOS or Android.
Thanks for the tip to check the wifi communication with the router that I will use.
Here it can actually be the difference.

It would be good to test because I don’t know between the two devices you’re looking at if one has better wifi range than the other, but I imagine they do.
