Hi there,
The problem is your loading the checkout page within a modal rather than loading it on a separate page and none of EE’s single page checkout (SPCO) assets are loading on the single event page (as expected).
So the CSS responsible for displaying those headers correctly isn’t available where you are loading it.
May I ask why you are using a modal for that section? The payment options step correctly redirects to the checkout page (it wouldn’t function at all if you didn’t), so ultimately your users are still redirected either way.
