As an admin or ‘Regional Manager'(role we created) in EE4, I can see the bar on an Event Page that shows the Permalink, and the Edit, Preview, Embed, Shortcode, Duplicate Event, and Get Shortlink buttons.
When I log in as an ‘Event Manager’, I cannot see that bar, so I cannot duplicate an event.
I want the Event Manager to be able to duplicate an event to reuse all of that content and settings, but not be able to publish the event (I still want them to Submit for Approval’.
Which capability allows/disallows the duplicate event function?

Create events
Edit events
