Hi! Sorry for posting a silly question, but I can’t seem to resolve this on my own..
I have downloaded the translation files (nb_NO) from GlotPress. I have checked after downloading that the files actually contain the phrases I use to test if it works.
I name the files event_espresso-nb_NO.mo and event_espresso-nb_NO.po.
I have tried placing the translation files (both .po and .mo) in these places, but without any of them working:
wp-content/uploads/espresso/languages
wp-content/plugins/event-espresso/languages
wp-content/languages/plugins/
wp-content/languages/
I would expect at least one of them to work, but none of them do.
Not sure why, but it’s working now. I downloaded new files from GlotPress and reuploaded, and now they’re working when placed in the folder you specified. I already had the language specified in wp-config.php.
Also, GlotPress now has translation strings that are up to date for the current Event Espresso 4.8.x platform.
