I can’t seem to locate where I can update this template from the back end system

Hi there,
That template has been edited so it’s hard to say, it looks like a ‘Registration Approved’ message template, however, I have no idea which context from that screenshot.
Before clicking on the ‘preview’ link to bring up that view, you’ll see a list that states the message type and context – http://take.ms/AIWzQ
What does it show there for that message?
(Note that its also possible to have ‘custom’ message templates for specific events, but we can check that shortly)
