Where is the Promotional Codes in my Event Espresso WP Dashboard?

I don’t see the promotional codes in my Event Espresso WP admin backend. Where do I access that since that is supposed to be a part of my package? The event is here:

Hi Sofia,

Currently Event Espresso 4 does not support Promotional codes, if you need to use Promotion codes on your Events you will need to use Event Espresso 3.

If you email sales@eventespresso.com they will be able to assist you in transferring your license to Event Espresso 3.
