Where is the "Move to Trash" link in the Venues Editor?

I see this in the changelog as an add for Version 4.2.6, but I can’t find the link in 4.2.9.

Can someone help me out? There are dozens of duplicate and blank venues since upgrading to 4.2.9, and they are locked so I can’t figure out how to delete them.

Do you remember the version that you updated from?

Was it the latest version of EE3?

Yes, we updated directly from the latest version of EE3 to EE4.2.9

Hello,
Someone named Sidney wrote to me and said that ‘something went wrong.’ Right now folks at your end have deactivated our calendar plugin along with many other key functions of our site that are enabled via plugins.

It is getting late on the east coast where I live. I can’t stay up waiting to see what happens with so little information.

Please let me know if anyone at your end is still working on the site.

If I don’t hear from you, I am going to assume that someone at your end left things hanging with all of the plugins deactivated and I am going to reactivate our plugins.

Hi Jon,

The trash option for venues was removed in 4.2.6 in order to temporarily resolve an issue with it. We have plans to add this back in in the future but that has not occurred.

Currently you can tick the unwanted venues and use the Bulk Actions dropdown to delete them.

I asked the EE tech support people to delete all of our venues, including all the duplicates and blanks. They did so. We re-added the venues we actually wanted and haven’t had a problem since then.
