I am sure this is a silly question, but I’ve been working on this for ages and searching the forums and I can’t find the answer :S. Right now I have a test event created, and everything is working great, but I can’t find where the event is on my site. I want it to be on a page called “Current Events”, and I’ve tried to embed it here, but it just gives me a blank box. How do I know where my event will post, and ensure that they post to the right place? Thanks in advance, |

Hi Chelsea, what version of Event Espresso are you currently using? If you are using Event Espresso 4, then your events will be located here: example.com/events/ If you are using Event Espresso 3, then your events will be located here: example.com/event-registration/ — |

Thanks so much for your quick response! |

Hi, Anything else we can help you with regarding this topic or can we mark it as resolved? |
My only other question is in regards to the styling of the event – for some reason my Register Now button is right aligned when everything is left aligned, and I’d love to edit the styling of it, as well… not sure if that’s something I do in Custom CSS area or if there’s something right within Event Espresso? |

Hi, Without being able to see the site it’s hard to be exact, but I can definitely say you would need to use custom CSS to modify that. |
Hi Chelsea, If you can link us to one of your events we can likely provide some custom CSS to fix this. |
|
Is there a way I can do that privately, since I would have to send you my login in order to view the site 🙂 |

Hello, You can inspect any element on a page using a free tool like Chrome Developer Tools (available with Google Chrome) or Firebug (available as a web browser extension). This will show you the CSS that is handling the styling including the file and line number. Then you can add new styling to your child theme’s stylesheet or through a plugin like Reaktiv CSS builder or My Custom CSS. Try this CSS: input.ticket-selector-submit-btn {float:left;margin-left:25%;} Here is the result: http://cl.ly/image/1x1H2Z242S1i You can increase or decrease the percentage for margin-left to move it further. For example, this is what it looks like with 35% instead of 25%: http://cl.ly/image/0a1c2P1I2r3b Thanks — |

Ok, everything was going great, and now my plugin has disappeared … help! I had made the changes to the css that you’d suggested, so that went well, but now my plugin is gone all together, and it won’t let me install it again because it says it’s already there? Help! |
|
Hi, How did the plugin disappear and how did you add the new styling to your site? Are you seeing Event Espresso in your list of Plugins in your WP dashboard? Thanks — |
|
The plugin said it needed to be updated, so I went to update it, then it said it was the newest version. I didn’t notice anything until I was proofing my site, and the events were gone, and it’s not in the list of plugins anymore in my dashboard. |

Do you have FTP access to your server? Or access to cPanel? (which has its own built in file manager) |
|
yes, should I send it to you? |
|
Hi, Please use this form: https://eventespresso.com/send-login-details/ Also, do double-check that they are working before submitting them. Thanks — |
