So I bought a Personal Licence today, and I know the PayPal payment was processed and registered because I got a receipt for it and also it says “Personal Licence” next to my photo on my Event Espresso account page.
So starting today, I do have a personal licence for Event Espresso, yay!
What I don’t have, however, is any downloadable Event Espresso software. Which was sort of the point.
“This list is empty”, it says under “Downloads” on the account page.
Under “Support License Keys” there’s just a blank space. No keys.
So what’s going on? Should I allow a few days for the Event Espresso staff to verify my payment and add the software to my account manually? Because that sounds really strange.
I’m really sorry about this, it should be automatically set up, but something has obviously gone wrong.
The sales staff are on US time zones, but I would like to get this resolved sooner than that. Can you email a copy of your purchase receipt email over to support@eventespresso.com, and include a link to this forum page and I will get your account resolved ASAP.
