Hi, I’m receiving email notifications at my email address, which is not the email address listed in the general settings under company details. I’ve read in the forum that there is an alternate admin email address in the event settings. Can you please post a screen shot of where to find it? I can’t seem to find it, and I’m guessing this must be where the email address is coming from. Thank You.
The alternate admin feature you read about in the forums is an Event Espresso 3 only feature. Event Espresso 4 handles the messages differently.
You can set the Company email address to get the Event Admin messages by going to Event Espresso > Messages, then edit your active messages. The To: field can be changed to:
[CO_EMAIL]
for the messages that go to the Event Admin.
